2. We will reply within 1 business day with return instructions.

Return shipping
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer and are not refunded. We recommend a trackable shipping service.

Refunds
Once your return is received, we will issue a full refund of the product price to your original payment method within 5 business days. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Your bank may take a few additional days to show the refund.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you. You will not need to pay to return these items.

Cancellations
To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if they have not yet shipped.
